If you are trapped inside an elevator, activate the elevator emergency phone to notify the FKE UiTM at 03-5543 5107 / 5029. If a student is involved, the student should also notify the deputy Dean of Student Affair. If you are outside an elevator and have knowledge of someone trapped inside the elevator, contact the appropriate department responsible for the building as listed below:

   When reporting an elevator failure, provide the following:

         1) Caller’s name

         2) Location (e.g., building, address, floor)

         3) Elevator number

         4) Elevator location call back number

         5) Problem (e.g., stalled, stuck between floors, people trapped)

         6) Any additional information (e.g., number of people trapped if known and any injuries or

              life threatening conditions)
